The back of the medal with an "M" below a cross where Mary stands firm at the foot with all of us who worship her Son, Our Lord.

FAKE! Just look at the back

This isn't even a REAL miraculous medal! It is a FAKE. Fake ones have a star on the back in the center top. Real ones have 6 stars on the left and 6 stars on the right. I would NOT recommend this. I fell for it and purchased as a gift but later learned its a fake! Order from a Catholic Retailer instead.
