Store Policy
The ongoing pandemic has caused worldwide delays in shipping. The Post Office / UPS / all shipping companies are overwhelmed with online orders and are short staffed during this world pandemic.
The Little Catholic has not been spared from these disruptions, and as a result we are experiencing significant delays in order fulfillment. We are doing our best to accurately project the timelines for all orders, but the unpredictability of the shipping times means that there is always a risk of orders being delayed beyond our control.
All orders are shipped out of North Carolina. Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days during the non Holiday season. During the Holiday Season orders Typically ship in 3-7 business Days. We are not responsible for your order arriving late. It does not matter if you choose the most expensive shipping option, it will most likely still be late. We are not responsible for your package being held at customs, as we unfortunately have no control over boards/customs in any country.
International Orders (orders shipping outside of the United States of America)
The Little Catholic is not responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on any purchases. These charges are your responsibility. You are responsible for checking with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America), you are responsible for abiding by your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when placing an order with The Little Catholic. The Little Catholic is not responsible for any losses or claims that result from your order being seized and/or destroyed by customs.
Made-to-order / Custom Items
Made-to-order items and custom items are final sale. Made to order Items typically take 4-6 weeks.
A Custom Item is any item that requires you to email our customer service a request to purchase it.
A Made-To-Order item is any item where “Made to Order” is listed on the item’s page.
Will I receive the tracking information once my exchanged item is on its way?
You should receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped. However, if you do not, please contact us, and we will provide the tracking number for you by emailing: Orders@TheLittleCatholic.com
Returns and Exchanges
Jewelry is accepted for credit or exchange (minus restocking fees) in the U.S. if returned in original, unworn, and undamaged condition within seven (7) days of your receipt of the order, accompanied by a sales receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs to our facility. Some exclusions may apply—see our Non-Refundable Items Section.
To return or exchange your item(s), please follow the process below:

Email Orders@TheLittleCatholic.com. Within seven (7) days of your receipt of the order, email us a request to return or exchange your item(s). Include your order number in the email.

Select a carrier and purchase shipping. Within seven (7) days of our reply email to your email requesting the return or exchange, you must ship the item(s) to us. You are responsible for selecting a carrier and paying for return shipping costs to our facility. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. Items must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. If the item is a necklace, the clasp must be closed to prevent tangling. We ask that you include in your packaging a note stating your name, order number, and that you'd like to return or exchange the item.

Insure your return shipment for its full purchase value. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for its full purchase value. We are not responsible for your returned package if it gets lost or stolen in transit.
After Your Return Is Received
Please allow four business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. The refund will go back to the card you placed the order under. A 15% restocking fee based off the non-discounted price of the item(s) will be accessed on all returns. A 10% restocking fee based off non-discounted price of the item(s) will be accessed on all exchanges.
A return or cancellation will not occur if the item is still in transit or if the item gets lost on the way back to the order fulfillment center.
Non-Refundable Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All items purchased with a coupon and/or a discount code are a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they are used, worn, lost, or damaged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All jewelry is sold “as-is.”
Our jewelry is sold "as is" and without warranty.
Jewelry Variations
Each piece of our jewelry is handmade with the utmost care. Due to its handmade nature, each piece is unique and may have slight variations from the piece of jewelry as pictured online.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we may issue either a store credit or send you a replacement. A photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Please note that each one of our jewelry pieces is handmade and unique, so something that may appear as a defect is not a defect and instead a result of each product having its own characteristics. We reserve the right to determine whether or not a defect exists based on the photograph you send in.
Company Rights
If we feel a customer is abusing any part of our store policy, we reserve the right to no longer sell to that customer.
Allergic Reactions and Injuries
The Little Catholic is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries caused by the jewelry.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the Carrier / File a claim.
Wrong Address
We are not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address, as we can only send the package to the location you enter at check out. Please double check the address you enter to ensure you receive your package.
Birthday Gift Codes
Cannot be Added to Existing or Past Orders & can be only used ONCE a Year as it is a Birthday Gift code. Birthday Codes cannot be used during sales.
One discount code can be used per customer per order.
Sale Prices are only valid on sale days stated in the particular sale. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discount codes and exchange codes cannot be used during sales. Codes cannot be combined. **Please note that excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in order or item cancellation. The Little Catholic reserves the right to limit purchase activity or place limitations on purchases if we have reason to suspect misuse of our discount code policy.
