Sad to say it broke

I think this necklace is stunning first off. Unfortunately, the third time I wore it, the chain came off one of the sides. I had to repair it three times before I lost it due to it falling off my neck. I’m really disappointed to say the least because I had it for less than two weeks. Perhaps mine was defective, but I would really like to see what can be done to fix the situation. Lovely necklace — aesthetically it was perfect. Very meaningful
