poor customer service

I bought this necklace for my daughter in law. There was a problem with the delivery. I have tried to contact the company and no one has gotten back to me. There is no telephone number to call, just an email address that no one responds to. I'm hoping this review will prompt the company to contact me so I get this straightened out.
