I am giving 0 stars for the review of the company. I ordered the bracelet, not realizing it was a child's bracelet. I immediately asked for an exchange. They said the process was returning the item within 7 days of receiving it in perfect condition, me sending back with a tracking receipt, and once they received the item then they would look at the item and if it was in perfect condition then they would return my money back to me in the form of a gift card with a 10% restocking fee for "to help pay for the 2 hours+ it takes to the entire process of an exchange, this includes emails, receiving the package, & checking item back in." So I basically lost $17 on a bracelet that I literally just returned back for an exchange. I would think that a small business asking for support would not be charging a fee back for an exchange. I am purchasing another item for goodness sake and to keep $12/$17 of the amount seems outrageous to me. I will not be purchasing jewelry from this store again. I now have a $32.50 gift card for an item that was $43.58 and now I have to buy another bracelet and pay again for shipping again, so now I am going to be out about $25 from this exchange. This is totally insane to me.

Anyway, I wont be using this business in the future.
