The front of the medal stands on a globe crushing the head of the serpent symbolizing her role as the new Eve. The back of the medal with an "M" below a cross where Mary stands firm at the foot with all of us who worship her Son, Our Lord.

Absolutely love this necklace. I’ve worn it almost every day for more than a year and it has been such a huge source of comfort in reminding me that the blessed mother is with me at all times.
