“The Cross is the school of love”, a quote from Saint Maximillian Kolbe is very significant to me. While the great sacrifice of his own life is a very hard act to follow, apparently Father Kolbe embraced his own philosophy totally even to the point of sacrificing his own life, following the example of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
