What is Gold Vermeil?
Gold Vermeil is a more affordable alternative to solid 14K gold. It consists of a thick layer of gold (2.5 microns) over a 925 sterling silver base. However, the gold layer will eventually wear off over time.
To prolong the life of your Gold Vermeil piece, avoid exposing it to lotions, chemicals, essential oils, perfumes, sweat, and water. Do not wear Gold Vermeil during workouts, swimming, or any sweat-inducing activities. Remove your piece before washing hands, showering, and before bed. Store it in a cool, dry place and clean it gently with a dry cotton ball.
Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on Gold Vermeil items. If you are not comfortable with the gold wearing off and revealing the sterling silver base, this may not be the right choice for you. The rate at which Gold Vermeil fades depends on your body chemistry, care, climate, and how often it is worn.

This means your ring will be custom made, which requires a production time of 4-6 weeks, excluding shipping. Made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned. If your ring size is not marked "Made to Order," it is in stock and available for immediate purchase.
